At the request of friends and customers she realised that there was also a market for her home style cooking to be provided at events outside the pub too and decided to set up her own mobile catering company — "Sparkles". Able to cater for any size event, from a small gathering of friends at home to a large wedding breakfast in a country setting, all the food is freshly prepared, cooked and served by Lisa and is produced from ingredients sourced from local suppliers to ensure everything is as fresh as possible on the day. Once she has a clear picture of what you require she puts together a buffet menu to suit you and your pocket.
